EVANSVILLE – The law firm of Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy A. Klingler and Diana L. Wann have joined the firm as of counsel attorneys, simultaneously expanding the firm’s representation of national and multi-national companies. In addition, Robin E. Myers and Vicki E. Moyer have joined the firm as litigation secretaries.

Klingler comes to Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP after 11 years as a partner at the Evansville law firm McCray Lavallo Frank & Klingler. He concentrates his practice in the areas of worker’s compensation defense, mediation, medical malpractice and litigation, and is a Registered Indiana Civil Mediator. In addition, Klingler has served on the U.S. District Court Rules Committee for the Southern District of Indiana and is involved in the National Worker’s Compensation Defense Network and Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute, for both the Southern Indiana and state divisions. He also is a member of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department Merit Board.
An Evansville native, Klingler is a 1985 graduate of Indiana University School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree in 1982 from Indiana University-Bloomington. Klingler also completed post graduate studies from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, and graduated with academic honors from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 1980.
Wann joins Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP after seven years with McCray Lavallo Frank & Klingler, and will be based out of Crawfordsville, Ind. Wann concentrates her practice in the area of worker’s compensation defense, where she has been nationally recognized. She has been named to “Indiana Super Lawyers” in 2010 and 2011, “Best Lawyers in Indiana” and “Best Lawyers in America” in 2008 to 2010, respectively, inducted in the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers in 2010, named “Top Attorneys in Indiana” by Indianapolis Monthly in 2011, and has a Martindale Hubbell AV Rating. In addition, Wann is president of and a charter member of the National Worker’s Compensation Defense Network, and serves on the National Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board Lexis-Nexis. She also is involved in the Labor and Employment Law section of the American Bar Association. Wann serves as a board member of Kid’s Chance of Indiana, a non-profit organization she helped found in 1996 that improves educational choices of children who have sustained an economic loss due to the result of serious injury or death. Wann also is involved in the National Arabian Horse Association and Indiana Arabian Horse Association.
A Noblesville, Ind., native, Wann received her juris doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in 1989 and her bachelor’s degree in 1975 from Indiana University-Indianapolis.
