Mediation Billing Rates

Mediation services are normally billed at the following hourly rates:

$300	Ross Rudolph
$225	Tim Klingler
$200	Angela Freel
$175	Don Wright
$100	Support services

Multi-party mediations of five (5) or more participants are billed a $75 per hour per participant.

Domestic Relations mediations are billed at the state hourly rate and require a retainer of $800 from the parties ($400 per participant).

Other billing arrangements are available depending upon the number of participants, case complexity and location of the mediation. Travel expenses outside the tri-state area of southwestern Indiana, western Kentucky and southeastern Illinois will be billed as agreed upon by the mediator and participants.
