EVANSVILLE – The law offices of Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP is pleased to announce that Max E. Fiester has become a partner of the firm. Fiester joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the litigation department, focusing his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and insurance defense.
Fiester serves as an editorial board member for the Evansville Bar Association, as well as on the board of editors of the Defense Trial Council of Indiana publication, Civil Litigation Review. In addition, Fiester serves on the board of directors for American Red Cross of Southwestern Indiana, Smiles for Steph, Inc., and the Children’s Museum of Evansville.
Fiester received his bachelor’s degree in political science in 1999 from Indiana University and his law degree in 2002 from Indiana University School of Law. The 1995 graduate of Castle High School is the son of Wayne and Nance Fiester of Newburgh, Ind.
